![]() The PHL- City airport train runs about every 30 minutes from most terminals and all trains stop at the AMTRAK Station. The one way fare is about $10 and the travel time is a little over 1.5 hours. The NJ Transit Trains run from the main AMTRAK (30th Street) Station in Philadelphia to/from Atlantic CIty 12 times Daily. Southwest flies twice daily non-stops between Pittsburgh and Las Vegas (about 5 hours). There are no commercial airline flights between Pittsburgh and Atlantic City. Being able to get to AC without a plane is also a plus, given what you have to deal with to get on a plane these days. But then, I don't care about beach or ocean that much AC does have those. You can get there in about same time on plane as AC on ground, though not as cheaply probably. Vegas would be more fun perhaps and more worth the trip if you're going to get on a plane. The bus would come out cheaper most likely. Although if you do that you get to figure in the turnpike tolls and gas. ![]() This is if you care about it being cheap, mainly, although flying a regular scheduled route is not going to be a lot shorter because there's not a scheduled direct flight. ![]() You could also Megabus/Greyhoud Express to Philly and then get that train to AC (or maybe another bus). I think there's a train to AC from Philly. Train might work but you connect in Philly. ![]() ![]() You can look these up, I only did a quick search and found a couple. Would be quite possibly with a buncha old people. Tour bus? Looks like casino tour operators also do flights sometimes. ![]()
